    Job Title:
    Data ScientistLocation: Leeds,

    Hybrid Salary:
    £45,000 - £50,000Exciting new role where you will be responsible for building models to optimise business efforts, uncovering insights to guide new strategies. You'll collaborate with a variety of cross functional peers to help leverage data throughout the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of executing analytical projects as well as partnering closely with business peers to guide decision making.

    What you'll do Develop and maintain datasets, KPIs, and reporting tools for multiple teamsMaintain data infrastructure with the Data Engineering team by translating business requirements from business partners to data models that will enable reporting, dashboards and segmentationPerform impact analysis and modelling for a variety of different business initiatives and campaignsEvaluate and size the projected impact of new business strategies and how they connect to broader company goalsCollaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate data-driven insights into go to market strategies and decision-making processesWe'd love to hear from you if you have:BSc/MSc in Data Science or something similarFluency in SQL (essential)Proficiency in Python, R or similar scripting languageExperience in distributed data processing systems (Hive, Redshift, Presto, Snowflake, etc)Prior experience in applying statistical methods to experiment designA proven track record of excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills on short and long term projectsExperience communicating and working across functions to proactively drive solutionsThe benefits for this position encompass a variety of offerings to support well-being and professional development.
