**Transport Manager wanted for an immediate start

**Location:

  • Oxfordshire****Length:
3 months temporary, ongoing****Hours:

  • 37.5 per week (Mon-Fri)** Main responsibilities of the role:_
  • Developing and managing the staff permit database, working with the software developers to ensure that the system meets the requirements
  • Updating the car park management intranet and web page to ensure up to date information is provided to staff and visitors
  • Developing and implementing a process for recording car park permit appeals, and decisions made
  • Responsible for ensuring that the vehicles estates vans, pool cars are correctly maintained
  • Developing and implementing a car sharing database to support staff to share journeys to work, and journeys between sites
  • Liaising with public services to work together to achieve robust public transport plans supporting staff and visitors to travel to sites using public transport
  • Additional requirements:_
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Please note a DBS check will be required for this position
