Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Controller to join our team at WCS Group. As a leading company specialising in Water Treatment and Water Hygiene across the UK, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality services to our extensive customer base.
As a Credit Controller, your primary responsibility will be to maximise cash collection and minimise debts. You will be responsible for managing a subset of customers and ensuring timely collection of payments within customer payment terms. Additionally, you will handle customer queries, communicate with relevant departments to resolve issues, and continuously review and improve credit control processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others. Organisational and analytical skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills, are essential for success in this role. Knowledge of Sage 200 will be advantageous.
