Description
JOB PURPOSE Develop and implement Continuous Improvement tools & techniques within the business processes to give real bottom line results.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
~ Develop & implement corrective action plans short & long term to improve Quality, Cycle
Time, OTD, OI and to reduce scrap & inventory
Drive productivity improvement & standardisation across the business
Develop & manage performance metrics .
Define & review improvement initiatives with process Owners
Conduct VSM & kaizen events and facilitate team working
Provide training and educate the workforce instilling a Lean/Sigma culture in the
organisation
Follow up & ensure implementation of action plans within agreed delivery date
Define strategy and priorities with the UK leadership team

Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not essential
Business/engineering degree or equivalent
