    Our Temporary works division has partnered with numerous globally renowned contractors & entities to both provide and prepare advanced design capabilities and solutions for some of the biggest and most complex projects across the UK.

    Senior Temporary Works Engineer (Excavations)

    Due to a number of exciting high profile contract wins working on some truly pinnacle developments across the uk, we are now looking to expand our Temporary Works design team


    This role/s are pivotal hire/s for Conquip Engineering Group, the successful candidate/s will further compliment & enhance our industry renowned and growing team within the scope of temporary works design.

    • Responsible for the successful and efficient completion of major projects carried out by Conquip Engineering Group.
    Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to meet project deadlines.

    • Design and check temporary works schemes, complying with company procedures and CDM 2015.
    • Take ownership of designs from conception to installation and offer support on site.
    • Create methods statements and risk assessments for site installation work.
    • Construction project experience and methods of construction.
    • Analysis and design of geotechnical structures to current Eurocodes and industry guidance.
    • Design of bolted and cast in connections.
    • Project management.
    • Knowledge of CAD & IT systems. Design and detailing of Temporary Reinforced Concrete and Steel structures to relevant codes.
    • Understanding of Temporary Works with BS 5975.
    • CSCS, SSSTS / SMSTS, and TWCTC.
    Possess a valid driver's licence.

    • Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
    • Confident decision-maker who is passionate about helping people develop and be productive while ensuring profits are on the rise.
    • Highly organised, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.
