Accounts Assistant
We are looking for someone to support the accounts team assisting with day-to-day admin activities. Based at our Portsmouth office, which has onsite parking and an office dog. You will report to the Finance Manager and Finance Director.

Salary TBC


Hours:
Monday-Friday


Responsibilities:


  • Processing of supplier invoices (both in excel and on Sage)
  • Raising invoices
  • Chasing up missing documents and outstanding payments
  • Administering timesheets & expenses
  • Processing of credit card transactions (excel and Sage)
  • Assisting with adhoc tasks (helping to input data onto reports, reviewing open jobs etc.)
  • Processing payment runs

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence with numbers
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of the rest of the Microsoft office package
  • Able to work efficiently
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Proactive and selfmotivated
  • Confidence when communicating
  • Experience with Sage is desirable but not essential

Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
