Accounts Assistant
We are looking for someone to support the accounts team assisting with day-to-day admin activities. Based at our Portsmouth office, which has onsite parking and an office dog. You will report to the Finance Manager and Finance Director.
Salary TBC
Hours:
Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Processing of supplier invoices (both in excel and on Sage)
- Raising invoices
- Chasing up missing documents and outstanding payments
- Administering timesheets & expenses
- Processing of credit card transactions (excel and Sage)
- Assisting with adhoc tasks (helping to input data onto reports, reviewing open jobs etc.)
- Processing payment runs
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent accuracy skills and attention to detail
- Confidence with numbers
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Excel skills and knowledge of the rest of the Microsoft office package
- Able to work efficiently
- Excellent organisation skills
- Proactive and selfmotivated
- Confidence when communicating
- Experience with Sage is desirable but not essential
Salary:
£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
