    Responsibilities:

    • To establish and uphold the utmost level of care within the home
    • Adhere to the home's policies and procedures
    • Oversee the care and ancillary staff in the home
    • The individual in this role will guarantee the delivery of safe and efficient patient care while collaborating as a cohesive team member
    • Operate in alignment with the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice and Behaviour for Nurses and Midwives 2015
    • Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, ensuring proper dosage and timing
    • Monitor vital signs regularly, conducting health assessments to evaluate residents' well-being and promptly address any deviations from normal ranges
    • Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding, fostering residents' independence and comfort
    • Conduct comprehensive health assessments, documenting observations and updating patient records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
