    Description
    Join a world-renowned aerospace and defence organisation as a Site Engineer x 4 in Govan
    Would you like to join a global aerospace and defence organisation? Do you want to work as part of an organisation protecting people and maintaining maximum national security?

    Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for a Site Engineer to add to their talented, hardworking team in Govan on an initial 12 month contract.

    Striving for innovation and creativity you can ensure no two days will be the same. 73 per hour travel per hour inside IR35 / Umbrella

    Ensure the facility is operating at maximum efficiency by delivering project management of high value facilities capital and revenue expenditure projects (Civil, Mechanical/Electrical/Space Planning/Strategic) and management of all Facilities related Contractors.


    • Deputise for site Facilities Manager as and when necessary.
    • Control of contractor interface with client operations
    • Manage and implement selected construction and non-construction projects of varying value, size, and complexity across the business to meet customer expectations and deliverable requirements.
    • Preparation of feasibility studies and preparation and delivery of presentations to senior management.
    • Prepare analysis and collate data (including determining the availability of resources) to support the effective development of more detailed plans.
    Good Site Project Management to cost, schedule and quality

    • Effective Site Project Governance covering LCM, HS&E, & Quality requirements
    HNC/Certificate in Project or Construction Management or equivalent level of qualification

    • Health and Safety management training, for example NEBOSH
    Work on complex, cutting-edge projects
