Join MHR and help us shape the world of work.The Business Analyst for Service Design will play a key role in gathering and analysing business requirements, mapping processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of services that align with organisational goals.
They are responsible for delivering the outputs of the service vision; ensuring new services are effectively brought to market; and ensuring service design continues to develop services which are competitive and deliver real and compelling value to our customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements for the services being designed.
Analyse and document functional and non-functional requirements to ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
Create process maps and flowcharts to visualize current and future state processes, helping to identify areas for improvement and optimisation in service delivery.
Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including business leaders, end-users, ensuring a common understanding of service design objectives and requirements.
Analyse relevant data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform service design decisions.Identify potential risks and challenges associated with service design, and work on mitigating strategies to address these risks.
Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications, to guide the development and implementation of services.
Define and track relevant metrics and KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of the implemented services.Monitor service performance and gather feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in service design and delivery.
