Our Healthcare Excellence Through Technology (HETT) division is an established and leading brand and portfolio of events with a clear strategy for growth.

The HETT brand brings together the most senior decision makers from across the UK Healthcare sectorin an engaged and interactive forum and is the perfect place for suppliers to position their brand in front of thousands of decision makers to solve their most pressing digital and technology related challenges.


The role:


Deliver thorough research to ensure we provide innovative, year-round content that attracts visitors and aligns with the commercial objectives of the show and our exhibitors and sponsors.


Production of several annual conferences and supporting webinars that surround them, from the initial research stages through to speaker sourcing and management of all content.


Duties & Responsibilities

Research

  • Responsible for ongoing extensive and indepth industry research via telephone, online, and inperson to ensure that the events' strategic development is correctly aligned to market wants, needs and developments
  • Oversight of the production of all conference content elements including plenary and sponsor sessions.
  • Working with the Head of Content to share market insights, detailed research and commercial viability for product and/or portfolio growth
  • Work with the Sales and Marketing teams to deliver a series of sponsored webinars related to the annual events throughout the year

Stakeholder management

  • Develop and maintain close and effective relationships with partner organisations, clients, and speakers from both public and private sectors, with a view to increasing collaboration
  • Develop and build close and effective relationships with Marketing, Sales and Operations teams
  • Participate in clientfacing meetings as required by the Head of Content

Content production, marketing, and copywriting

  • Oversight of the delivery of all content elements including speaker recruitment and engagement, onsite delivery, written and online content, and partner content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team in the creation of a content marketing strategy
  • Advise on segmentation and different drivers for attendance across target audiences
  • Support marketing team on content marketing initiatives which involve speakers such as blogs, Q&A's and insight pieces

Skills and Qualifications:


Essential

  • 2 years' experience in Conference Content production
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research skills and ability to quickly digest new information
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging, fast paced, and highpressure environment
  • Ability to work across multiple events concurrently
  • Ability to write convincing commercially focused copy for a range of mediums
  • Ability to network confidently and competently, often with senior stakeholders

Desirable

  • Interest in and understanding of Public Sector/Healthcare
