Accounts AdministratorSalary: £25,000-£30,000 doe + bonus Location: Kilmarnock Do you have prior experience working within an Accounts Administration or Accounts Assistant role? Are you available to work onsite on a daily basis? We are supporting our client who are based in Kilmarnock with their next hire Reporting to the Financial Controller; you will be responsible for supporting the achievement of business goals and objectives.
What you will be doing? Oversee supplier invoicing processes, including coordinating payment runsPerform general administrative duties such as allocations, expenses management, raising Purchase Orders, and overseeing goods receiving stockAssist in crucial administrative tasks during month-end procedures, including managing rebates, Sales Managers' commissions, accruals and prepayments, depreciation and fixed assets, stock reporting, and account reconciliationsMaintain effective communication with internal departments to ensure smooth operationsUphold compliance with the company's established processes and proceduresAbout youPrior experience with Sage software is advantageous but not mandatoryDemonstrated strong time-management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficientlyAbility to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with office applications and a willingness to learn new software and systemsCommitment to maintaining the confidentiality of company informationStrong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tasksExcellent team interaction skills to collaborate effectively with colleaguesHow to apply?
