    • Manage the business operations for the directorate, providing support to the Director and Deputy Directors.
    • Lead the coordination of planning, operational processes, and business enhancements within the directorate.
    • Drive cross-directorate collaboration and cooperation initiatives.

    • Manage the Director's business operations and support the PA in ensuring smooth information flow.
    • Provide strategic planning support to the Directorate Senior Team.
    • Coordinate with SFC's Business Management Network for process alignment and idea sharing.
