    Description

    Based in Belfast, we are a leading provider of environmental, animal and human health solutions and a key influencer in driving health and sustainability throughout the food chain.

    Devenish has four manufacturing sites in the UK and four in the United States, from where they supply innovative nutritional solutions and technical expertise to producers through the farm, feed and food industry in the UK, Ireland, Europe, Africa, Middle East, Australasia, Latin America, and the USA.

    Reporting to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager, the successful candidate for this day shift role will have responsibility of providing engineering support to the production team.

    Carry out all planned, preventative and corrective maintenance tasks in accordance with maintenance systems
    Investigate, root cause analyses and resolve problems relating to machines and provide support for process and quality issues
    Ensure all related documentation & record keeping for the shift is up to date
    Provide comprehensive breakdown information and actions taken to support the planned maintenance system
    Time served qualification and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance engineering role
    Good working knowledge of pneumatic and electrical control systems
    Ability to work in a fast-paced production and engineering environment
    Flexible and adaptable
    Experience within a production/ manufacturing environment
    40 hour week
