    Description
    A Purchasing Administrator role has arisen to join a Redditch based company. A full-time and office-based administration role, you will be responsible for speaking to suppliers and handling any associated administration.

    As the Purchasing Administrator you will be responsible for -Raising purchase orders for suppliers
    Compiling PO's, invoices and dispatch notes
    Check pricing is correct on quotes and invoices
    Liaising with suppliers and various internal employees
    General administrationIdeally, you will have previous experience of -Raising purchase orders
    Using Sage 50 or Sage 200 to manage orders
    Prioritising your own workload
    Working in a varied and busy environment
    Excellent customer service with a strong telephone mannerOn offer for this Purchasing Administrator role -Ideally with a view to start May 2024
    Salary of £24-26k p/a dependent on experience

    Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (some flexibility on start/end times)You will be office-based for this role; therefore, you will need to be able to commute to the Redditch/Studley area on a daily basis.
