One Property Recruitment have been exclusively instructed on a search for an enthusiastic and highly organised Finance Assistant. My client specialise in leasehold residential management across the Midlands and due to growth are strengthening their accounts team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate in the market to work for a company that truly cares about your personal development and will work with you to finesse and build on your accounts skillset with the view to progress you through the business.

They have an impressive 5-year business plan and want you to be part of it

Your core duties will include:

Carrying out bank payments and reconciliations
Chasing arrears
Processing invoices
Maintaining Qube and ensuring it is up to date with any relevant changes
Answering any queries from leaseholders in respect of service charge and credit control, with customer service at the forefront of delivery

I am looking for the following attributes/experience:

Accounting & Finance degree ideal but not essential
Strong attention to detail
Highly organised
Genuine interest in/passion for the property industry
