Description

We're looking for a Programme Coordinator, e-Learning (12 Months FTC) to join our team in London as part of our Management function.


Your team:

Reporting into the SVP, LIONS Intelligence, you will sit as part of the core LIONS Intelligence team that includes The Work (a unique portfolio of Lions awarded winning work and editorial content) and our e-Learning portfolio across the LIONS Division (LIONS, WARC, Contagious and Acuity).


Your Role:

We're about to launch new digital e-Learning courses, expanding our existing offer from WARC and translating the magic of our in-real-life Cannes Lions learning academies for creative and marketing professionals online.


You will be a vital member of the Intelligence team - with a focus on launching new e-Learning courses (coming to a website near you in May 2024) and supporting the management of existing ones, such as WARC's Masters of Advertising Effectiveness with James Hurman or the Contagious Creative Accelerator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the delivery timetable for new courses. Ensure production is on track and assets signed off on time, support proofreading, upload and test all content ready for QA you will become our LMS expert in the process.
  • Refreshing existing courses with updated or new content.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new students, helping with direct and forum queries, gathering feedback from learners and educational staff delivering the programme, ensuring this feeds into our everevolving programme of elearning products and generally being the friendly face of LIONS for our community. Supporting marketing campaigns by providing information to teams in a timely manner, managing the sign off process with external partners, and ensuring assets are deployed across our digital properties and collaterals and other strategic pillars
  • Advisory, Festival and Intelligence.
  • Ensuring our live students and alumni community is thriving, starting conversations to drive engagement. Keep up to date with the elearning landscape generally, and with the advertising and marketing competitors in this space.
  • Advocating for diversity, equity and inclusion and helping our eLearning portfolio support our talent programmes.
Your Experience

  • You will have gained the ability to prioritise tasks to ensure we meet our deadlines and targets and will demonstrate the tools and techniques you use to juggle multiple projects and responsibilities.
  • You enjoy working with people and will demonstrate past experience building strong relationships and a passion for fostering collaboration across teams.
  • You'll have excellent organisational and communication skills to handle multiple projects, partners and deliverables.
  • You will need strong problemsolving skills and initiative and an innate desire to collaborate with others. Experience in the creative industries would be a plus.
