    Role:

    You will be expected to support the development of their capability, and we are therefore looking for a 'self-starter', passionate about addressing complexity through understanding data and working closely with people to make change happen.

    Position Overview

    We're seeking a dynamic full stack software developer to join our team and help elevate our analytical capabilities through the development of innovative software solutions. In this role, you'll be instrumental in crafting software as a service offerings, empowering our clients to integrate diverse datasets, conduct cutting-edge analysis, and advance their sustainability initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop scripts, software, and tools that support our consultancy services.
    • Drive the evolution of our analytical capabilities, enabling us to offer state-of-the-art solutions to our clients.
    • Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
    • Actively contribute to the development of our software ecosystem, promoting efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.

    Ideal Candidate

    • Minimum 4 years of experience in front-end and back-end web app development. (Full-Stack)
    • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, HTML, React, , Express, and MongoDB.
    • Familiarity with GIS tools and APIs such as Mapbox, , QGIS, GDAL, and PostGIS.
    • Experience with Docker, Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes.
    • Strong understanding of web application security practices.
    • Skilled in Git version control and agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
    • Proven ability to solve problems independently and translate ideas into actionable tasks.
    • Experience in processing large datasets using bash scripts.
