We have a unique opportunity for an Administrator to join Northpoint.
This role will combine reception and administrative duties to create an efficient and welcoming workspace at our central Northpoint office in Leeds.

What you will be doing as our Administrator
The administrator role is a key position playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the reception, meeting and greeting all visitors, and maintaining a safe and well-maintained office environment
Responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:

Reception
- Ensure a warm professional welcome for all visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries promptly.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring tidiness.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Building (Housekeeping/Maintenance)
- Oversee daytoday operations, including maintenance, security, and cleaning services.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of common areas.
- Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain records.
Administrational
- Provide administrative support and respond to queries.
- Maintain internal systems, including databases and spreadsheets.
- Print and stamp letters for posting as required.

- Experience of working and administering a busy reception
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Previous experience in a similar role
