As an IT Project Manager you will provide support on major IT Programme and Commercial Management Commissions, taking responsibility for all aspects of surrounding the delivery of any technical solutions or software delivery.
You will ensure client objectives are met and that projects are delivered on schedule, within cost targets and meet the appropriate quality standards.
You will need to be able to work in partnership with our clients to advise on how technology can help overcome business challenges.
You will be expected to push the boundaries of technology and stretch the imagination of our clients by developing with them, the best in class, most flexible and future proofed solutions.
Managing full end to end software products and solutions.Taking a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the Programme, including all projects, time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
Manage project resources effectively, including, suppliers, developers, designers, and testers.Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.
Facilitate agile ceremonies like sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and user stories.
Managing the IT change control process.
Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks.
Maintain close collaboration with post-launch support teams to ensure ongoing product quality and user satisfaction.
Proven experience of practicing Agile methodologies and use of software development frameworks such as Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and service delivery best practices.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Good stakeholder management, self-motivated, with strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
APM Project Management qualification
Agile Project Management Practitioner qualification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
Experience in programming languages or software testing.
Experience of capturing data requirements and translating them into effective user stories.
