- Lead the design and development of electrical systems for 22kW AC and DC EV chargers, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth electrical calculations, power analysis, and thermal management for all EV charger components.
- Select and source high-quality electrical components (power electronics, transformers, etc.) based on stringent technical specifications and industry standards (e.g., IEC
- Design and implement robust control systems for safe and efficient operation of both AC and DC chargers.
- Collaborate with mechanical and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems within the charging stations.
- Oversee the testing and troubleshooting of EV charger prototypes, identifying, and resolving technical issues.
- Stay current on the latest advancements in EV charging technology and relevant industry standards, including IEC 61851 for both AC and DC charging.
- Lead the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation, including schematics, bills of materials, and detailed test reports.
- Contribute to the development of new product proposals and deliver technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in power electronics design.
- In-depth understanding of electrical power systems, power conversion principles, control theory, and thermal management for high-power applications.
- Demonstrated experience with designing for safety compliance in accordance with IEC 61851 for both AC and DC charging systems.
- Proficiency in electrical design tools (e.g., Mentor, simulation tools) and power electronics design software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on achieving optimal efficiency and performance.
- Superior communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively lead and mentor team members.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team and lead the design and development of innovative Electric Vehicle (EV) charging solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable transportation, with a focus on both 22kW AC chargers and DC fast chargers.
In addition, he/she will leverage their expertise to create efficient, reliable, and user-friendly charging stations that meet the demands of the rapidly growing EV market .
