    Description

    Procurement Manager - Transformation

    Location: Berkshire (Hybrid basis, 1-2 times per week)

    Salary: £50-60,000 plus package

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape category approaches, lead competitive tenders, and ensure contracted expectations are met and improved throughout the life cycle.     What You'll Bring:

    • Strategic Vision: Drive forward strategic change across diverse spend areas, covering both indirect services and direct goods/equipment
    • Innovative Thinking: Introduce new ideas to enhance commercial value and modernise procurement's impact
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape procurement strategies in line with broader organisational goals
    • Good understanding of pre and post-deal processes and experience in complex supply chain environments

    Benefits:

    • Competitive Salary: £50,000 - £60,000, plus bonus package.
    • Flexible Working: Balance remote and office work, with approximately 3 days WFH and 2 days in a modern Berkshire HQ.
    • Annual Leave: 26 days increasing to 30 with length of service, plus bank holidays.
    • Pension: Contributory pension scheme with a maximum of 12% - 2x employee contribution.
