    Description

    3 Month Contract Band 6 Mental Health Opportunity in East London

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage cases under the Care Programme Approach (CPA), ensuring comprehensive care coordination and support for clients.
    • Administer depot injections as required, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
    • Monitor compliance with treatment plans, mental state, and assess mental health problems to facilitate effective interventions and support.

    Skills/Experience Required:

    • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification.
    • Demonstrated experience in community mental health care settings.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively manage cases and coordinate care within a community setting.
    • Proficiency in assessment, monitoring, and administering mental health treatments.
    • Commitment to providing high-quality and compassionate care to individuals with mental health needs.

    Working Hours/ Shift Pattern

    Mon - Fri 09:00-17:00
