    Description
    As Deputy Home Manager, you'll be offered a fantastic salary of £50,000 per annum.

    In your role as Deputy Home Manager, you'll:

    Assist in managing operations within the home to reach or exceed goals, ensuring high-quality care is always provided.
    Oversee the care staff and step into full management in the absence of the Home Manager.
    Train and supervise care staff in all aspects of their work.
    Assist the Home Manager with pre-admission assessments of residents.
    Keep each resident's care plan and daily records up to date.
    Foster effective communication with the residents' families and other organisations

    The ideal Deputy Home Manager will have:
    Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
    The ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care.
    Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
    The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and the staffing team.

    Ability to promote ownership of care programmes by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programmes within the home.

    NMC registered nurse with relevant experience.

    If you've previously held roles such as Care Home Deputy Home Manager, Senior Care Manager, Assistant Home Manager, Registered Nurse Manager, or Care Services Manager, this Deputy Manager role could be the perfect fit for you.
