    UKG is looking to hire a Deal Pursuit and Proposal Specialist to support our global sales team with a dedicated focus on international payroll.

    This is a multi-faceted and fast-paced role that requires collaboration across the One View business unit.

    Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic writing and messaging support to effectively communicate our unique differentiation and compelling win themes.

    You will be responsible for articulating technical content into benefits-based summaries, ensuring consistent reflection of our win themes throughout all client communications and deliverables, and suggesting creative ideas that enhance our win strategy and ability to differentiate.

    Collaborating closely with the Leadership, Marketing, and colleagues, you will support the entire commercial team in achieving success.

    Your role will also involve learning our One View technology and staying updated with its software release cycle, enabling you to communicate our unique differentiators.

    As an expert in your role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in all pursuit deliverables, ultimately resulting in successful client acquisition.

    • an HR/Payroll Technology background is an advantage, and a software background is essential.

    • Experience with online content management tools and Salesforce is beneficial. Proficiency in MS Office is required.
