Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced Service Co-ordinator to work at our Airivo Boston Manor, Boundary House Business Centre. The role also include travel between other sites in West London for training and development purposes. Independently owned for nearly 20 years, Airivo is a flexible workspace provider with seven centres across London & Birmingham.

The core function of this role is to provide the frontline support for the building and Airivo's clients, with not only an emphasis on customer care, but to include facilities management and administration.


Based within the reception area to meet and great clients and their visitors, you will support the Airivo management team in the day-to-day operational functions and provide assistance to Airivo's clients where required.


We are looking for an individual smart in appearance, able to demonstrate a willingness to learn and be a team player, yet able to work well on their own and develop their decision making abilities, to contribute to the success of Airivo Boston Manor.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting & greeting and introducing clients and their visitors to the building.
  • Telephone answering, message taking.
  • Administrative duties including data entry and letter writing.
  • Handling of all mail franking services and deliveries.
  • Manage conference room bookings, ensuring conference rooms are clean, supplied replenished and process orders for catering & refreshments.
  • Procurement of good & services and liaising with building suppliers
  • Assisting with 'onboarding' of new clients to include telephony, IT and security access controls set up.
  • Assisting with timely preparation of Billing / Invoicing processes.
  • Assisting with the administration of site improvement projects.
  • Undertaking daily checks in the building to ensure all facilities are clean, tidy, functioning correctly and where required, replenish stock such as tea/coffee etc.
  • Ensuring Planned Preventative Maintenance schedule is actioned/kept up to date
  • Logging maintenance issues and reporting them to the relevant personnel and/or contractor.
  • Providing support to the Airivo management team Skills and experience required:
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a customer facing role
  • Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Flexible and reliable
  • Effective team player

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract


Salary:
£24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
