They are seeking an experienced Senior Project engineer who has a strong back of Electrical modules on a Perm basis.
The role will be based in Leamington Spa Responsibilities:Own and develop
EMCcompliance planning, requirements, and documentation (specs, test plans, test reports, etc.).Act as single point of contact within the organisation for all
EMCrelated enquiriesCollaborate with internal stakeholders (component owners, Harness team, vehicle engineering, Homologation) and manage all project touch points.

Support technical reviews and FMEAs to ensure
EMCcompliance are considered during development processSkills required:
Demonstrable experience in metrics tracking and reporting for a hardware project.
Ability to identify blockers/bottlenecks and develop remediation/recovery plans.
Ability to triage new work and adjust to rapidly shifting program priorities.
UNECE Reg 10 or similar requirement understanding.
Ability to liaise with project stakeholders at multiple levelA good understanding of
EMCautomotive standards.
Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory,
EMCprinciples, and regulatory requirements.
Previous experience in a similar EV focused role would be highly advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's, Ph.
D.)
