Salary £48,474 - £52,573 Per Annum | Permanent, Full Time 37 Hours Per Week | Lancashire |An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lancashire County Council as a Team Manager within our Leaving Care Service.
Lancashire leaving care service is looking to recruit three team managers who are passionate and committed to ensuring the highest quality of support to young people as they prepare to leave our care as well as our care experienced young adults.
You will be responsible for the line management of up to 7 personal advisors and one social worker as well as case management and quality assurance of the work across the team.
In return Lancashire County Council offers a range of benefits, which can be found on LCC Vacancies website.You will be required to provide a car for use in connection with the duties of this post and must be insured for business use.
