Recruitment Consultant

City of London

£27,000 - £35,000 - OTE (£70k-90k+) + Up to 40% Uncapped Monthly Commission % Quarterly Bonuses + Flexible working hours + Progression + Recruitment L&D plan + Holiday Incentives

Clear Engineering Recruitment are a leading critical infrastructure consultancy. We specialise in 3 hyper growth markets - Data Centres, Clean Energy and Power & Cooling. As technical recruiters, we work with clients globally, placing C – Suite to white collar technical and construction staff on a permanent basis.

Working alongside our founders and senior staff, this will be a 360 recruitment consultant role covering both the delivery and sales side of recruitment while focusing on a niche engineering sector, over time, becoming an expert in both recruitment and your niche market. As you progress, you will establish and develop key accounts, taking on responsibility for evolving client relationships and owning the recruitment delivery process.
