- Collaborate with clients and consultants to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
- Configure Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and others, to meet client requirements.
- Perform data migrations, integrations, and system configurations as needed.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and adhere to coding standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously improve our offerings and deliverables.
- Salesforce Developer certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
- Proven experience developing custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and declarative features.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, validation rules, and data model design.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, and data migration techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
