- Manage projects to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Provide guidance to the Geomatics surveying team and contribute to land survey strategies.
- Supervise subordinate staff and maintain departmental milestones and goals.
- Maintain knowledge of department processes and report potential financial issues to senior management.
- Oversee final QA for projects within the Land Survey department.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Directors.
- Administer projects, liaise with clients, and allocate resources effectively.
- Establish and maintain project milestones.
- Plan and lead complex fieldwork projects.
- Ensure data quality assurance of completed projects.
- Communicate project risks and proposed action plans to senior management.
- Attend site meetings and allocate projects to survey staff.
- Maintain project and resource tracking within the Asana online platform.
- Proficiency in land and measured building surveying procedures.
- Competent user of survey instrumentation and CAD software.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, internally and externally.
