Corporate and Institutional Coverage (CIC) is an origination and coverage business operating across the UK and North America focused on serving the needs of Mid and Large Cap clients.
The business leads with a sector and relationship focus, whilst maintaining UK regional delivery through hubs in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds and Manchester.
We currently having an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director to join our Corporate Cash Management and Payments team.You'll have a strong profile in the marketplace to identify and deliver high quality new business opportunities by utilising global transactional banking (GTB) products for both new and existing bank clients.
Your accountabilities will include:
- Managing and developing meaningful customer relationships (midtier companies, multinational corporates, etc.)
- Highlighting shortcomings and suggests improvements in current compliance processes, systems and procedures within assigned unit and/or discipline.
- Meeting the needs of significant customers related to a range of products and services.
- Analysing and evaluating the feasibility/relevance of proposed complex financial products, then develops and amends as necessary.
- Suggesting and implementing improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering projects or a work stream within the organisation's change management programme.
- Developing and delivering a contingency plan for significant aspects of the risk management and/or control process.
- Identifying and evaluating sophisticated expertiseled solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.
Essential skills /experience:
- Proven track record in identifying and delivering new business opportunities.
- Solid understanding of GTB products.
