    Description

    Due to company growth, our client is looking for a qualified and experienced Commercial Catering Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

    This is a hybrid role carrying out installations, service, maintenance and reactive work across Leeds and surrounding areas.

    Job details:

    • Diagnose, service and repair a wide range of commercial catering equipment.
    • Responsible for repairing and maintaining commercial catering equipment across the following sectors: Hospitals, Care Homes, Schools/Universities, Restaurants, Café's and Bars.
    • Ensure that all technical and compliance paperwork is completed and up to date.
    • Completing all works to the highest standards in an efficient manner, while complying with the company's health and safety policy.

    Qualifications / Experience:

    • Previous experience in commercial catering (essential)
    • Must hold the relevant COMCAT (1,3 & 5) qualifications (essential)
    • Proven ability to diagnose and rectify equipment issues promptly
    • Thorough understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards
    • Excellent attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills are a must
    • Full UK Driver's License (essential)

    What's on offer:

    • Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 (negotiable)
    • Shift pattern: Monday to Friday (40hr week) No on call rota
    • Holiday allowance: 28 days + bank holidays
