    Description

    a leading utilities provider based in London as they seek the services of an experienced System Administrator to join their IT & Systems team.

    As System Administrator you will manage, administer and support our clients' IT infrastructure, servers (physical & cloud), systems, hardware, software and applications.

    If you have experience of building, configuring and managing servers along with in-depth understanding of network technologies and mobile device management , we'd like to hear from you.

    As Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of all company servers, physical and cloud based while maintaining existing server infrastructure in accordance with operational procedures ( approximately 60% Windows and 40% Linux ).

    System Administrators are required to perform daily system monitoring , verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes.

    Engineers are also required to provide 3rd line support and technical expertise as required.

    Individuals with an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) qualification will be of interest, and any candidate with exposure to Cisco technologies should apply TODAY.

    You'll be working alongside the IT Manager in the management & administration of Business Systems to include Sage Finance, Sage Payroll, Syrinx, Capita T&A, Cornerstone LMS and any other server or cloud-based business systems.

    Amazon AWS certification

    System Administrators with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with experience working in a busy IT / Systems environments and knowledge of server build, configuration and maintenance in conjunction with the technical proficiencies mentioned above, will be highly desirable.
