- Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to an adult client receiving end of life care at home
- Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery.
- Provide 2-2-1 support to an an adult carrying out observations
- Build rapport with clients and form a part of their daily routine
- Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role.
- Days and Night shifts available
- Medication Management
- Intervention when required for high risk carotid bleed
- Experience in delivering care to end of life clients, preferably in the community.
- Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience.
- Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
- Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature.
- Ability to fit seamlessly into the family home setting.
- UK driving license and access to own vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK.
