This is not your ordinary appointment--it's an invitation to immerse yourself fully in the bustling heart of the Nephrology department at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. Picture yourself at the forefront of cutting-edge medical practice, surrounded by a team of dedicated professionals, ready to tackle challenges head-on.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work under the supervision of the consultant nephrologists to provide day-to-day care of patients on the nephrology ward, in the Hemodialysis Unit and CAPD Unit, and attending renal clinics in the Lister Hospital. There will also be duties at the satellite units as rostered. The appointee will be encouraged to contribute to audit and research activities in the unit. The post holder will be encouraged to participate in audits, presentations and teachings. Although, this post is not recognised for training the appointee will be encouraged in their training and development within the role.
