As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in propelling our growth, focusing on expanding our buyer and seller base to increase property listings. Your efforts will be instrumental in driving our marketing strategies forward, including email marketing, social media engagement, and broader campaign initiatives to enhance performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective email marketing strategies, utilising your expertise in email marketing, to reach and engage our target audience (experience in Klaviyo preferable).
• Leverage the power of social media to increase brand visibility and engagement, contributing to our overall marketing success.
• Collaborate within a dynamic marketing team to deliver high-performance campaigns that drive our mission forward.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement, aiming to increase property listings, enhance marketing ROI, and boost engagement across all platforms.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with a demonstrated ability to build and execute successful marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in email marketing software.
• Adobe Suite, with a knack for creating compelling creative materials and campaigns.
• A strong understanding of social media dynamics and performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of Google ads and analytics.
• Experience working within a B2C brand.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment, with a readiness to hit the ground running and embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with growth.
