As we continue to expand our operations across multiple sites, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi-Site Account Manager to oversee client relationships and drive business growth.

Job Overview:
The Multi-Site Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts across multiple locations.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of the recruitment industry.

The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying client needs, developing tailored solutions, and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and nurture client relationships across multiple sites, serving as the primary point of contact for all recruitment needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client objectives and business goals.
Conduct regular client meetings to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal recruitment teams, ensuring smooth communication and seamless service delivery.
Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed about industry developments and identify potential threats or opportunities.
Provide regular reporting and analysis on key account metrics, such as client satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention rates.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions
