    Job Title: Procurement Specialist

    Company: McGregor Boyall


    The procurement team at McGregor Boyall is excited to see a growing demand from clients for Q2 2024, with an increase in contract needs.

    One of our key partners on the Buy-Side is currently seeking a Procurement specialist for a 6-month rolling contract. This role, although semi-hybrid, requires you to be present at the EC1 City offices for up to 4 days a week.

    Some essential objectives and responsibilities for this role include:

    • Ensuring effective management of vendors and the supply chain.
    • Supporting the end-to-end Third-Party life cycle, covering sourcing, contracting, supplier relationship management, and necessary offboarding activities.
    • Updating contract information from the Coupa system into a central register.
    • Handling post-execution administrative tasks like creating Coupa requests and adding signed DORA contract addendums.
    • Contributing to the success of procurement programs and reviewing legal documents when needed.
    • Assisting in extracting and sharing contract documentation for the Legal team from the Coupa system.
    • Supporting operational teams by ensuring timely authorization of pre-tender documentation.

    To be eligible for this position, you should possess the following skills:

    • Extensive Vendor and Sourcing experience with strong commercial acumen.
    • Proficient in leading complex negotiations and competitive tenders.
    • Familiarity or experience with the Coupa system is a significant plus.
    • Expertise in sourcing and procuring services and products.
    • Working towards or eager to receive training for CIPS certification.
    • Commercial background in a Buy-Side/ Investment Management global firm is highly beneficial.
