Are you a Commercial Contract Solicitor with experience in private practice? Do you have 5+ years of experience within Commercial Contracts? Do you enjoy business development? This opportunity may be perfect for you
The ideal solicitor for this role will be 5+ PQE and will have strong business development skills as you would be required to support and grow the team. You will have impressive experience of drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including outsourcing, E-Commerce and IT agreements. Expertise in tech would be desirable but is not mandatory.
This firm is unique in that it offers a high quality client base but places a real focus on work life balance. They offer hybrid working to all of their employees and have an impressive benefits package along with a competitive salary. The location is within Bath, not far from the famous Bath Spas. They are a social bunch and are often out to lunch for birthdays, planning team quiz's or socials. I have visited this office myself a number of times and can speak for their welcoming, supportive culture.
Private practice commercial contract roles are rare, especially in this area and so this role will be popular.
