Interim Senior Legal Counsel - Commercial/IP focus -
6-12 months - £ pd

Well known brand name is looking to hire additional interim senior legal resource to handle a range of BAU commercial matters.

The role is hybrid with
2-3 days pw based in Warwickshire HQ, so ideally you will be based in the Midlands/Northamptonshire area.

You will have a commercial contracts background with additional IP exposure gained either in practice or in-house and be available at short notice.

The role covers a host of day to day matters including the drafting and negotiation of a range of contracts and agreements, licensing, Intellectual Property management.

Management of external law firms

Provide internal training across the stakeholder community.

Provide support to a more junior colleague and deputise for the Head of Legal
