- A Business Continuity Plan for the Procurement function to ensure that the Company would not suffer material and adverse consequences in the event of a failure of a key supplier.
- Onboarding of all suppliers, carrying out appropriate due diligence and ensuring they have the correct insurances, Risk Assessments, Method Statements and other statutory documentation in place.
- Negotiation of all contracts so that the business is on the most preferable rates available at all times.
- Analysis of current usage of all goods and services across the business and deliver improvements through new relationships and or contracts.
- Reporting to demonstrate the cost efficiencies delivered through a well-managed supply chain.
- Maintenance, review and development of the procurement controls environment including responsibility for maintaining and updating all procurement policies and procedures for the group.
- KPI's to support all stakeholders in knowing what success looks like.
- Development of the function to incorporate new acquisitions and organic growth.
- Ad-hoc projects as required.
- Seek new and innovative ways of improving service delivery through new suppliers and technology.

- Regular communication by the most appropriate means with internal colleagues to ensure all tasks across the team can be completed in a timely manner.
- Consult with all stakeholders to ensure all suppliers are in place for all seasonal surge activities.
