    Reeson Education is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Year 1 Class Teacher to join a warm and vibrant primary school in South Croydon ASAP / April 2024.

    This role offers a long-term position, with the potential for the right candidate to secure a permanent role within the school community.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the Year 1 curriculum.
    Use innovative teaching methods to create a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
    Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture, promoting student well-being and development.
    Regularly assess and track students' progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
    Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders to create a cohesive and supportive school community

    Requirements:
    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
    Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 1, with a particular focus on Year 1.
    Strong classroom management skills, creating a positive and enriching learning atmosphere.
    Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
    Enthusiasm for contributing to the broader school community and promoting a positive educational experience
