- Advise clients (insurance and reinsurance companies and their Financial Advisors and Underwriters) in a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, reinsurances, portfolio transfers, public and private financings, regulatory advisory work, restructurings and reorganisations
- Provides a broad range of regulatory advice to insurance and reinsurance companies, sponsors, investment banks and other non-insurance companies entities
- Draft and negotiate complex insurance provisions in transaction agreements, such as representations and warranties carve-outs and limitations on liability
- 2-4 years of experience in a leading corporate insurance practice or a relevant in-house legal department
- In-depth knowledge of corporate insurance policies, coverage issues, and claims handling procedures
- Strong understanding of mergers and acquisitions transactions and the role of insurance in such deals
