We also offer digital design, airfield and specialist surfacing solutions.Eurovia Specialist Treatments (EST) are currently recruiting for a Contract Manager to oversee activities in our south west region.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Contract Manager will be responsible for DutiesBuild and maintain valuable client relationships with all internal and external clients across the region.
These include local authorities, National Highways and Tier 1 ContractorsResponsible for the day to day operation of contracts and direct control of Supervisors, Agents, Permit Coordinator and Supply Chain Partners.
Set up and monitor the various programmes required to deliver works.Create a business unit culture that ensures all employees feel valued, empowered and motivated to deliver a profitable business that is highly respected by all stakeholders for its quality of service delivery and professionalism Produce budget forecasts throughout the year, deliver against budgets, turnover, profitability and ensure payments are made within agreed timescales.
Support the Operations Manager in achieving commercial, safety and productivity targets for the region.Assist the Operations Manager with seeking business development opportunities within the regionLiaise with the Fleet and Plant department when and where necessary.
Person SpecificationPrevious experience working as a Manager in a Specialist Contracting, surfacing or a Highways related role is essential.Thorough understanding of full P&L responsibility A formal qualification in a construction or civil engineering related subject is advantageous
