An exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Readiness Manager to work for a large Public Sector organisation in Edinburgh. You will be involved with executing the Business Change Strategy, working with customer organisation(s) receiving the new systemto ensure their business readiness by managing, coordinating, and supporting various workstreamsEssential skills:
- Organisational readiness, cut over and go live support
- Business change management within a large ITenabled implementation programme
- Large complex Finance and HR systems operations and administration
- Leading and shaping stakeholder management with senior public sector managers/civil servants
- Managing a virtual team
- Measuring user adoption of the system and the associated business performance
- User acceptance testing management and coordination
- Project management to PRINCE2, APM or equivalent level
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The BRM should be organised, resourceful, clear communicator and able to influence change in a busy and dynamic operational delivery body, which is managing several high profile projects with limited resources.
