An exciting opportunity to work for a globally renowned company to help implement the company's transformation program


Role Responsibilities

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyse and document the appropriate business processes identifying opportunities to streamline activities and reduce duplication of effort/ manual rekeying
  • Develop and implementation roadmap of approved transformational change activities which align with the wider technology changes which are scheduled to take place
  • Act as a link between business and technology, able to offer solutions to business issues and guide in the correct use of the technology with particular focus on the tools.
  • Coordinate all process work including leading process workshop with business stakeholders, drafting to processes and seeking feedback from key stakeholders
  • Provide regular progress reports to the relevant governance and steering groups
Person Specification


Essential skills will include:


  • Demonstratable in depth knowledge and experience of the insurance lifecycle. (Ideally to include sales, underwriting, fulfilment, backend processing, finance, claims)
  • Good understanding of data visualisation using Power BI,Tableau or similar
  • A track record of bringing innovation to enhance process efficiency.
  • Exposure to statistical methods including sampling.
  • Strong analytical skills including SQL.
