- Determining theextent and nature of hearing loss using various diagnostic testsand equipment.
- Recommending and fittingappropriate hearing aids and assistive listening devices topatients.
- Providing counseling and educationto patients on the proper use and care of hearing aids.
- Monitoring patients' progress and makeadjustments or modifications to hearing aids as needed.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals todevelop and implement treatment plans for patients with hearingdisorders.
- Staying updated on the latestadvancements in audiology and hearing aid technology.
