    Description

    MDH Recruitment recruiting for several Soldering Technicians to join our clients manufacturing site in Coatbridge.

    This is a full-time role and you'll work Monday to Friday. You need to work a shift pattern of a week of dayshift, then a week of backshift the following week. You will get a half day every Friday.

    You do not have to work weekends and you will be paid an enhanced rate for any overtime you chose to work.

    Hours of Work:

    · Dayshift : 6am-2pm £12.50 per hour. Weekly pay.

    · Backshift: 2pm-10pm £13.56 per hour. Weekly pay.

    Duties

    · Soldering and assembly of intricate electronic components

    · Perform quality inspection and testing.

    · Use of soldering equipment and power tools.

    · Read and work from technical diagrams and instructions

    Skills

    · A knowledge of soldering techniques would be a big plus.

    · Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.

    · Good Hand to eye coordination

    · Ability to meet production deadlines

    The ideal candidate should have experience in hand soldering and can work in a fast-paced environment.
