- Experience in logistics and customer service provision desirable
- IT literate, experience of SAP a bonus
- Liaising with haulier for optimal delivery and customer service performance
- Addressing specific documentation requests and customer service concerns, including formal complaints – and record quality / delivery deficiencies impacting customer satisfaction, service/complaint follow-ups and surveys
- Maintaining relevant databases and use of CRM system, including for near miss reporting and follow-up
- Provide general support to the Commercial department
- A key role in a B2B environment, liaising with clients and internal departments to effect the seamless delivery of the order book. Road construction and maintenance as well as various Industrial activities. Customers include major quarry operators, private asphalt producers, industrial manufacturers, emulsion producers and end-customers in addition to local and national government authorities.
