PERSON SPECIFICATION - English Teacher + Second in Charge (2iC)

- Must possess UK QTS or be working towards it
- Demonstrated academic excellence - Degree, A Levels, and GCSEs
- Proficiency in meeting the 8 Teaching Standards to a 'Good or Outstanding' level
- Ability to collaborate and lead a large team of English Teachers
- Openness to receiving feedback
